As the Executive Assistant to the Institute Director, with many years of experience within medical practice administration, Carol manages many of the general administrative and receptionists tasks for the Institute. In addition to this she provides secretariat support to the Board of Directors and Institute sub-committees.Carol is also responsible for organising and coordinating the human resources and workplace relations within the Institute including employee agreements and payroll. 

Sarah Stapleton - Fundraising & Events Co-Ordinator

Sarah joins the institute’s Development Team with broad professional marketing experience across commercial and community development sectors. She is responsible for the coordination of FECRI’s fundraising program, including the annual Cycle Classic. Prior to her relocation to Ballarat, she was the Marketing Manager for the Hobsons Bay group of Bendigo Community Bank® branches. In this role, managing all elements of the localised marketing, community engagement and events program. This including many tailored events, launches and festivals, the Defib Your Club for Life project across the western suburbs communities, and the creation of local partnership programs. Prior to this, Sarah held various marketing management roles at Hallmark Cards, encompassing the development and execution of annual strategic plans, requiring the project management of launching new product and the creation of purposeful marketing communications. Sarah brings to the role extensive experience in marketing, communications, community partnership development, and project and event management
